This group is designed to provide participant with the opportunity to come together every other week to work with and learn from other group members. The goals for this group are for group members to share experiences with one another while learning skills that will help manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. Members of this group will be helped on exploring ways of managing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Each session will have a maximum of 12 members.
Pre-registration is recommended for this group however, walk-in are welcome. Participant must bring a $30.00 cash, a picture ID and plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier. Assistance of full session is required to receive a certificate of completion. Do not bring kids as we don’t provide daycare.
